The Chamber of Real Estate & Builders’ Associations, Inc. (CREBA) will open its course entitled “Real Estate Laws and Regulations” in partnership with the De La Salle College of Saint Benilde School of Professional and Continuing Education (SPACE) on Jan. 24.
The course is the second of six modules under the full-year Diploma Program in Real Estate Management which will include topics on Doctrines on Land Ownership (1987 Constitution And Civil Code); Limitations on the Right to ownership (Property, Civil Code); Magna Carta for HOA & Intra-Corporate Disputes (RA 9904. 07 Jan 2010 & its IRR); Contracts & Real Estate Forms (Book IV, Civil Code, 30 August 1950); HLURB Jurisdiction, Registration, Adjudiction, Monitoring & Clearances; Real Estate Development Laws & Legal Aspects of Joint Ventures; Taxation on Real Estate Transactions; Local Government Code: Town Planning & Zoning (RA 7160, 01 Jan 1991); Land Registration Systems: Titles, Patents & Deeds (Act 496, 06 Nov 1902 & PD 1529, 11 June 1978); Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Law & CARP (w/ emphasis on Land Classification, Reclassification & Conversion); Registration of Land Transactions at LRA/RD (PD 1529; RA 1151 & The Rules of Court).
It will run for six Saturdays until Feb. 28. Classes will be held from 1 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the 9th floor, Angelo King International Center, Estrada cor. Arellano St., Malate, Manila.
